Explore the mystifying wetland of Kawa-Kawa with our breathtaking JSK River Cruise.
Located about 112km northeast of the city centre, the magnificent wetland remains mostly untouched and is home to Sabah’s exotic wildlife.
Here, you will meet our amazing friends – from the charming proboscis monkeys, striking kingfishers, dazzling fireflies, and more.
The wetland is also blessed with an abundance of mangroves – a gift that we have vowed to cherish and protect.
We are passionate about our animals and mangroves and we aspire to raise more awareness on the preservation of these treasures.
Sadly, mangroves are now under threat due to land reclamation, irresponsible logging, and pollution. Many are still unaware of the importance of mangroves to our planet.
Fortunately, it’s not too late for us to protect these invaluable resources.
Change starts with us. Spread the word and save our future.
